Quiet and cosy apartment in lovely location close to downtown and Pyynikki Observation Tower

Easy communication with host. Quiet residential location, very central, convenient to public transport. Short walk to Pyynikki Observation Tower and Café, with the delicious donuts!

Gran ubicación. Estudio cómodo. Mucha luz. Limpieza regular. A/A ruidoso.

El dueño hizo lo posible por facilitarme un check-in adelantado. El estudio está muy bien ubicado, en una zona ideal de Tampere: no en el mismo centro, pero cerca de bares, cafeterías, restaurantes, etc., y además muy tranquila. Al tratarse de un 7º piso, la vista desde la ventana es muy buena, y tiene muchísima luz. La cama es ancha y muy cómoda. El edificio es tranquilo. Buena relación calidad/precio. Aparcamiento gratis.

El desagüe del cuarto de baño estaba lleno de pelos. Algunos de los cubiertos que había en la cocina estaban sucios (con manchas secas, señal de no haberse lavado adecuadamente). La decoración es un poco... heterodoxa. Quizá demasiado original, algo intrusiva (no obstante, esto es un detalle de menor importancia). Al estar en un último piso, en días cálidos del verano hace calor; pero la solución que le han dado no es ideal: un aparato de aire acondicionado portátil y extremadamente ruidoso, que además obliga a tener la ventana entreabierta.

Comfortable and cozy apartment

The apartment is very cozy and has eclectic decor (I'm a fan of). The apartment is fully equipped (cooking utensils & condiments/laundry products/cleaning supply), there are even dumbbells for you to work out and books for you to read. Sufficient space for 2 people. There is a bidet in the toilet :D The apartment is located in a relatively quiet area but still accessible to the city centre by public transport (bus/tram). Jarmo is very responsive to my messages and gave very clear instructions for our check-in process.

Positive feedback

We were there with our 7 yo daughter and she really enjoyed the "gym" equipment in the apartment. Very easy communication with the host. Easy access to keys, probably the easiest in our more than 50 trips around the world. Equipped kitchen with some bonus coffee/tea. Exceptionally clean.
