Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist schön und sehr sauber. Das Grundstück ist insgesamt nett, aber könnte teilweise noch besser gepflegt sein (insb. Terrasse beim Restaurant, Poolbereich). Die Lage im Olivenhain ist schön.
Allgemein eine nette Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Gut, wenn man ein paar Tage dem Tourismustrubel entgehen möchte.
Die Allgemeine Instandhaltung könnte besser sein: die Fliegengitter in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren defekt, Fernseher / Netflix funktionierte nicht gut, der Poolbereich war etwas lieblos gestaltet (ungepflegter Beckenrand und Reinigungsroboter im Wasser zurückgelassen).
Für uns war der Straßenlärm der naheliegenden Schnellstraße überraschend und etwas störend. Auch hört man regelmäßig sehr laute Kampfjets über Kreta fliegen.
Das Frühstück war zwar sehr üppig, uns hätte aber eine Auswahloption oder ein Buffet besser gefallen, da es recht ungesund war und ingesamt zu vieles, was nicht unseren Vorlieben entsprach.
Glutenfreie Alternativen konnten trotz Vorankündigung erst ab Tag 2 bereitgestellt werden.
Bei den vielen sehr guten Bewertungen hatten wir etwas höherer Erwartungen. Für den Preis ist es in Ordnung, aber wir würden eher eine 7,5-8,5 als Bewertung hinterlassen.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights to visit the surrounding wine region and olive farms. Location wise, you can't beat it if this is what you are looking to enjoy. Many vineyards and olive farms within a 5 minute drive and there's even an awesome family run winery only a 1 minute walk down the road.
Heraklion is only about a 25 minute drive away as well, so you do not feel very far from the city.
The villas are spacious and extremely clean, brand new and well thought out. The patio has an amazing view of the area and you have everything you need to cook a meal in the kitchen if you would like. Water is heated by the sun,but there is a boiler in case of clouds.
Pool was chilly but very refreshing on a hot day. Breakfast was also very delicious and very generous. The menu would change every morning. You can also order dinner if youd like but you must do it a day or so ahead of time so they can prepare.
Arguably the best part of the stay was how kind the owner was. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and offered to help us any way he could. Very easy and quick communication as well
We would definitely come back!
Everything was amazing. The only two notes I have is the pool area would be great with some more shade - it was tough to hide from the sun with the umbrellas that are there.
We would also have loved some stiffer pillows, or maybe a couple more to fill out the bed.

De huisjes liggen op een prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht. De bedden liggen super. George en Sofia zijn ontzettend gastvrij en zorgen elke ochtend voor een overheerlijk ontbijt. Elke dag toveren ze weer iets anders op tafel! Ook het diner is werkelijk voortreffelijk. We werden zelfs uitgenodigd om samen met hun te genieten van vers bereide lam van de antikristo. Elke dag wordt er gepoetst en liggen er frisse handdoeken klaar. Werkelijk alles is fantastisch!

Great hospitality by George and Sofia, nice private flats with stunning views of the mountains
Hard to fully relax with main road noises. Couldn’t rely on the restaurant for meals as sometimes it was closed with no way to contact the owners. The food was average, a bit too heavy for our taste.
