Location, on the beach with wonderful views of the whole bay. Close proximity to restaurants, brasseries, creperies and small supermarkets which are necessary to buy the few essentials for your stay. The apartment is very modern, uncluttered, superbly well equipped with quality appliances, peaceful and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. We could have happily have stayed longer and used it as a base to explore the coast and Dinan. We would equally be happy to return for another visit. One key point for visitors. Ensure you read the arrival instructions thoroughly. I didn't and caused ourselves problems which could have been avoided.
These aren't dislikes, just observations. There are 56 stairs up to the apartment in four flights. Don't overload yourself with big heavy suitcases attempting to move everything at once. The parking accessed via the barrier is free except where specific bays have individual barriers which are clearly privately owned. Parking is tight as is the turning place at the end if people have parked inconsiderably.

view is great. cooktop and microwave were great. couch and chair were comfy. bed comfy,
needs updated coffee maker and at least some coffee to start guests off. there was no soap or toiletries which was disappointing. no laundry soap. we were there for three nights and when I contacted host was told the "prior tenants didnt order like they were supposed to" and "have a nice day".
