I liked everything about Ocean Village if I ever find myself in Amanzimtoti it will be at Ocean village, nicely decorated, clean and the welcome coffe was highly appreciated after the long drive.
Michelle is very interactive and was helpful in letting us know where to find local facilities
Indemnity form, it must be presented at booking so we can make informed choices, not after we'd travelled almost 7 hours ll and have limited options.
They didn't clean our room during our stay, of 3 nights when I asked Blessing said "it's self catering no clearing equipments we're provided, he did provide clean towels when I asked
