The location- Riaza is easily reached from Madrid airport, and La Fernandina is in absolutely prime location in the town.
Shady garden area with table made it pleasant to eat meals outside.
Kitchen - having a dishwasher and washing machine was very convenient; there was a good selection of cooking basics in the kitchen.
Good WiFi.
Easy parking.
Locks and latches on internal doors could have been better.
Furnishings are "rustic" - predominately heavy, dark wood. Not a problem for me, and you can look at the pictures! However, if you want a polished modern look you are in the wrong property, and probably the wrong town.

Faltaba limpiar el polvo y los suelos en profundidad, pero lo importante, baños, cocina, sábanas y toallas estaban muy limpios.

Prácricamente todo, es espaciosa, cómoda y bonita.
La escalera cruje mucho y las puertas de los baños rozan en el suelo son ruidosas, nada que no se resuelva durmiendo con tapones pero aún así de ser más silenciosas la casa sería más agradable.

La ubicación, la decoración de la casa, la dotación en cuanto a menaje de cocina y la limpieza.
Los ruidos de las cañerías, que la habitación de la buhardilla no tenga puerta. El sofá del salón está deteriorado y los colchones no son muy confortables.
