Situated in Fregenae, this charming villa for $539 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Newly built single-family villa, located 400 meters from the beach and the bathing establishments of Fregene, near the Piazzetta, an evening meeting point and home to bars, restaurants and shops. The villa, of 250 square meters, is surrounded by 500 square meters of garden with flower beds and tall trees, which offer privacy and shade. The house, equipped with air conditioning, plasma televisions with satellite antenna and burglar alarm, is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, paved with white parquet, there is a bright living room with large TV, white corner sofa, oval table for 6/8 people, patio with awning, table for 6 and sitting area; 2 balconies; a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped, with large American fridge and freezer with double door, 5-burner hob and dishwasher; a service bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement there is a sleeping area with bathroom and two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, and both with large wardrobes and drawers; a spacious hobby room with lounge and two French sofa beds and a second bathroom. On the first floor, with a sloping ceiling, there is a double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe and drawers, a bathroom and a closet; you can also access, through an external spiral staircase, a solarium. In total there are 8/10 beds, with the possibility of adding one in the service room. Externally there are tables and chairs for about 18 people, a large umbrella and awning, sunbeds and hammock, as well as a wooden bicycle shed, which can also be parked on the special iron racks. The house has double entrances and a private driveway where two large cars can be parked. The perimeter hedges ensure privacy and tranquility.

Very nice location. Many shops, restaurants and the coast within walking distance of the property. Close to the airport and an easy commute to Rome! Very nice and will recommend to friends and family.

We were 3 couples on our great tour of Italy. Fregene was out last stop before flying back to US. We were looking for a place to unwind. Isabella was a great host. Very attentive to our needs.

We were on holiday in a group of 12 persons (8 adults and 4 kids). The house was very nice and comfortable and the garden was beautiful! There was air-conditioning on each floor which was very useful. For kids there were toys. In the kitchen there was a good selection of dishes and cutlery. Also the restaurants were nearby. There were also a few bicycles to be used freely. Everything went more than great. Isabella organized our airport-taxis and was very kind and helpful. Also her english was great! Thank you very much!

Isabella was a great host. She was very accommodating in scheduling a meeting point and didn’t want it to mess up our time of sightseeing. She also helped to arrange taxi services for us. The house was very clean and just as the pictures described. The proximity to the beach and town was great since we did not have a car. We loved it here!

Lovely house with nice shady garden. The house is in a good location with easy access by bus from the airport. The host was very helpful before our stay and upon our arrival. When we arrived, the house was spotless, well equipped and comfortable.

We rented this lovely house for a weekend in June 2017. It is a big house with a big kitchen that is perfect for a big family or two familes. We enjoyed good italien food in the garden after being at the beach during the days. Fregene is situated so it is easy to go to smal villages and Rome for a day. The pepole in Fregene were very kind and Isabelle was extremley kind and helpful before and during our stay. A perfect week in Italy!

maison spacieuse et agréable - avons passé 5 nuits en famille (3 couples) fin octobre .avons apprécié la terrasse. Temps merveilleux - avons fait 3 jours complets sur ROME ( bus à la porte de la maison direct jusqu'au métro de ROME) en 45 minutes et 1 journée détente à la plage où on a pu se baigner et profiter du soleil MERCI ENCORE aux personnes qui nous ont reçus car la propriétaire ne pouvait pas- ils ont été tellement charmants. Merci à ISABELLA pour tous les renseignements fournis et sa disponibilité avant le départ.

Siamo stati in questa villetta per oltre un mese con i bambini. L'abbiamo trovata molto gradevole e godibile. La cucina è decisamente ben attrezzata. Abbiamo avuto varie famiglie di amici ospiti per qualche giorno e la casa è assolutamente idonea a organizzare cene con molti commensali (in 14 si stava benissimo!). La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile e ci ha lasciato in uso anche le sue biciclette. La spiaggia era a dodici minuti a piedi. Purtroppo il mare di Fregene non è sempre pulito.
