An Bang Stay

Super helpful hosts. Took care to carry our luggage up the stairs. She even got up early in the morning to bring down the luggage.

No elevator facility is available. Moreover, the location is pretty secluded even though taxis and food delivery were available. The lighting of the lobby area could be better as there are stairs leading up to the room .

Beautiful home stay

This place is absolutely beautiful I loved it, the owners were lovely and friendly My room was so pretty

Pleasant homestay near the beach!

Great location, near the beach and a few restaurants. Lovely old traditional style building, breakfast served on the balcony outside your room. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic

Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff, Nguyệt Thu especially went above and beyond to help us organise trips and for us to extend our stay, away from the hustle and bustle but only 8 min in Grab to Hoi An old town and a 2 min walk to the beach , wish we could of stayed longer

Herzlicher Aufenthalt in bester Lage

Die Lage ist fantastisch und die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, genau wie der Rest der Familie. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber, das Essen war gut und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt zweimal verlängert haben. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und der Balkon bietet genügend Platz und Blick aufs Meer. Die Gastgeberin hat uns wirklich tolle Touren organisiert. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Cafés und Restaurants, inklusive eines Cafés, das Yoga anbietet, sowie ein ausgezeichneter Surfboard-Verleih, mit wirklich engagierten und lieben Mitarbeitern. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Heerlijk rustige hotel.

Heel aardig personeel! Ze helpen je graag. Er wordt lekker ontbijt voor je klaargemaakt door de liefste mensen. Erg tevreden!

1x had ik mieren op mn bord, maar nadat ik dat zei hebben ze dat helemaal opgelost.

Really great stay, beach is less than 1 minute and staff helped me with currency exchange, getting a suit for a wedding and even getting taxis wherever I needed. highly recommend. Ms Thu is a great lady and showed me the best hospitality I’ve ever had.

Phenomenal vibe and hosts, will definitely be returning

Absolutely loved my stay in the home stay, the ladies running the accommodation are so accommodating and made my stay super easy. It always felt so relaxing and a fantastic location to jump down to the beach or down for great coffee and food.

Exceptional

The room is very large. The breakfast was delicious with just local options rather than anything western. 2 minute walk from the beach and you can use the sunbeds for free, we weren’t actually told where these were located on the beach and it isn’t that clear which beds you can use so do ask before you go. There were free bicycles that you could use although we didn’t end up using them.

The WiFi wasn’t that great.

Super lovely place in a top location!

Super budget for the location. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The rooms were good for value. Breakfast was also included in the price which was lovely. Provided shampoo and soap. Aircon in rooms Mosquito nets above beds

One room did have termites which were quite loud at night in the wood and the other room we had to move due to mouse poop on the bed but I know this is something that is hard to control and they were super happy to let us change room / didn't charge extra or anything. Sometimes the place was empty with no staff around which wasn't ideal when we needed some help but once they got back they were very helpful!

Awesome spot

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the beach. The rooms are amazing!

Some other customers or locals were hanging out during the evenings with a table and chairs, blocking the entrance to the hotel. When we arrived they stopped talking and stared at us, making us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Really strange.

My idea of heaven on earth

Thu was friendly and very helpful. The beach is lovely and just across the road. The breakfast was good - it was described as Asian-style, but a very good omelette with a warm baguette-style roll and a choice of drink was available. The room was probably the best we've had in Vietnam so far - spacious, high-ceilinged, comfortable bed - and the building itself was quirky and traditional - lots of dark wood, a balcony area with tables and chairs lit by traditional lanterns in the evening - lovely.

Nice place and location with very good value for money

It's close to the beach and we got a served a nice breakfast. There are bicycles available and the staff are all very nice and helpful.

The humidity in the rooms is a bit high. It's not well ventilated so things become a bit damp

Superb

Room was as in pictures and staff could have not done more for us. Room was very clean and comfortable with all amenities within walking distance. Exceptional value for money.

Do not be put off by 1st appearance when you arrive, outside needs a bit TLC, when we went inside, beautiful.

traditional climate, wooden cottage, you can hear and see the sea. The room is big enough. kind staff, breakfast was not bad. free bicycles is a plus

WiFi wasn’t the best, cockroaches in the bathroom, twice :/ I hope they will be able to deal with them, because other than that property is nice if you want to go surfing the beach just next is not the cleanest though, so for beach vacation better choose other area

Lovely homestay with the sound and smell of the sea

Superb location, you can see, hear and smell the sea from here. I was there for a couple of "wintry" days in December and it was lovely to be able to sit and watch the sea. There's accss to the beach directly opposite the house (across a quiet street) and it's a short walk to AnBang beach on one direction and to Cua Dai beach in the other - both would be only a few minutes on bicycle. Staff are lovely and made me feel very welcome. They prepare a great breakfast and have a restaurant a little way down the road. There are other food spots around as well, a few very close and with more options at the popular beach spots. Wifi is good enough to stream on a wet and windy night but by far the best of this place for me was to be able to sleep listening to the roar of the sea.

Good location, very close to the beach and simple breakfast included.

During the low season the neighbourhood is very quiet, there was only one bar working during the evening and one little grocery shop.
