comfortable and clean flat for two people with a wonderful terrace and all main furnitures, fast WIFI included, 5 minutes walking from centre. The bed is very good, only for long period two linen changes could be nice to reach perfection.

The place is perfectly located in Villasimius. The space is lovely and has everything you need. The two terraces are a huge plus.

Siamo una coppia con una bimba di quasi 3 anni, abbiamo soggiorno in questo appartamento dal 9 al 17 luglio 2022 e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è come presentato in foto (forse dal vivo fa un effetto ancora più gradevole) e ha due ampie terrazze (con vista panoramica su Villasimius e sulle montagne) dove ci siamo potuti godere piacevoli colazioni al "fresco" e cene al tramonto (il sole tramonta proprio sulle montagne davanti). Comoda la lavatrice in terrazza e l'ampio spazio per stendere asciugamani, teli mare ecc. Cucina ben accessoriata con lavastoviglie, microonde e macchina caffè. Proprietaria disponibile, cortese e puntuale nelle risposte. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesca, responsabile accoglienza, per la sua disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia; al nostro arrivo ci ha presentato i dettagli dell'appartamento (che profumava di pulito) in maniera professionale e allo stesso tempo amichevole. Abbiamo avuto un ok anche per fare un late check-out (non essendo la villa prenotata da altri ospiti per il giorno della nostra partenza) ed è stata una comodità molto utile per noi prima di rimetterci in viaggio. Grazie. Sono disponibili anche alcune attrezzature per la spiaggia. Che dire poi della location (a 500 metri dal centro e vicina ai servizi principali), del clima, e delle spiagge dei dintorni... nell'arco di 5-15 minuti di macchina si hanno almeno 10 spiagge paradisiache, tra le più belle della Sardegna e di tutto il Mediterraneo, il cui mare è comparabile o anche migliore a quello dei tanto sognati Caraibi e Bahamas (dove sono stato). Per piccoli nuclei familiari (es. una coppia con 1 o 2 bambini) lo consiglio senz'altro!!! Bellissima vacanza. Speriamo di tornare un giorno... :)

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Francesca verlief komplett reibungslos und auch wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, hatte sie sich darum gleich gekümmert. Da sie kein Englisch spricht, haben wir (dank Googleübersetzer) ihr italinische Nachrichten geschickt und so kommuniziert. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, nur für 4 Leute wäre sie zu klein, da wir aber nur zu weit reisten, reichte sie aus. Leider fiel bei uns 2 Mal der komplette Strom aus, am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und wer die komplette Ruhe sucht, wird sie leider nur bedingt finden, da nachts permanentes Hundegebelle ist- das war etwas ärgerlich. Aber Die Terrasse ist ein Traum.
