Excellent value for money over Easter weekend. Check in lady was very friendly. Heated pools were fantastic for the kids. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for access to Palm Beach

My family and I truly enjoyed our time; the accommodations were excellent, the room was very comfortable, and your staff were incredibly welcoming. The primary purpose of my email, however, relates to a small issue we encountered with the parking arrangements, which I hope you can address for future guests. Upon arrival, we informed the front desk that our vehicle, with two racing paddle boards secured on the roof (valued at approximately $4,000 each), would not fit in the underground garage due to the low clearance. Your team was understanding at the time and let us know about getting a warning note. While we appreciated your parking situation, the method of applying the pass caused a significant problem. The sticker was affixed to the driver's side window with an extremely strong adhesive. Upon our departure, removing this sticker required over 20 minutes of careful scraping with a razor blade and adhesive remover to avoid damaging the glass. This was a frustrating and time-consuming end to an otherwise lovely visit. I am sure this is not the experience you intend for your guests. I would kindly suggest reviewing the type of parking passes used for vehicles that cannot access the garage. Perhaps a less permanent sticker would be a more guest-friendly solution. We stayed there for my daughters wedding. The apartments are very spacious and the pool is heated. Great for family gatherings.
