Ontzettend vriendelijke hostess, de kok maakt echt lekker eten (voor een klein prijsje) en het zwembad is heerlijk!
De badkamer is oud en daardoor wat viezig. Dat is niet fijn

The staff were super friendly, though the language barrier was a bit tough sometimes, but we managed. The food was awesome, and there were tons of options!
Hey, try to keep the windows closed at night because of the mosquitoes, it's a common problem in Sri Lanka. Sometimes I see cockroaches too, but I told management and they fixed it right away. It's pretty common there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thirumalai park Hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in a smooth process. The room I stayed in was spacious,The bathroom was pristine, with high-quality toiletries and a great shower.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. I had breakfast and dinner there, and the food was consistently delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes.
I would definitely recommend Nelavili Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
I suggest they hire more staff to ensure coverage at busy times.
