We had a very good stay here. The apartment style accommodations had everything we needed. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the main train station, which we did almost every day.

They have floor heating in the bathroom, which was so nice on a freezing day.

Our room had a small kitchen with a large fridge, a dishwasher, oven, double burner stovetop and a washer dryer. They also supplied the basics eg washing-up-liquid and capsules for dishwasher and washer dryer. All soft furnishings and bedding were in excellent condition. The bathroom had plenty of toiletries, with great water pressure in the shower. This was a great choice of hotel at a great price. The main station, buses, trams and underground were all nearby too.

Nice hotel and nice location. Friendly staff! However i spent 5 days without anyone cleaning the room or changing towels and bed sheets. They come only every 3 days, if you want u pay for them to clean before. This was the only thing I didn’t like, for the amount paid i expected more.

Breakfast was fine. And it was safe to walk at night.

My husband and I travelled to Frankfurt from the UK and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Adina Apartments Hotel. We stayed in a standard apartment which we found to be spacious, clean, quiet and superbly equipped. It really felt like a luxury stay helped by little touches such as a 'self defogging' bathroom mirror, a television with channels from a number of different countries, and the filter coffee/drinks options. A fine finish overall, top marks. As for the area, it feels like a business area of the city with modern, tall buildings and a fabulous mall next door which includes a grocery store, pharmacy and many options to grab a quick lunch. The train station and river Main is about a ten minute walk, be warned, you don't want to hang around the area immediately surrounding the train station especially at night as it feels very unsafe, but the Adina is a comfortable distance from this and you definitely notice the area change. We also walked to beautiful Römer which took about 30/40 minutes and the gardens/butterfly house which took about 25 minutes (7€ in an Uber back to Adina). It cost 40€ in an airport taxi to get to the Adina but under €25 in an Uber to return from the Adina to the airport. (November 2023) A free, secure baggage check is available if you want to get in some last minute exploring after checking out. Overall a fantastic, modern base in Frankfurt and we will definitely book again if we return to Frankfurt.

It was a great stay and everyone was friendly

This was an amazing hotel! The hotel was pretty, the room was very clean and the staff was helpful! The room was very nice sized as well as having a microwave, refrigerator, abs best of so a washer/dryer combo! We have have way thru our 3 week vacation when we stayed here, so I was so thankful to do sons laundry!😊

Not walkable from train station with many luggage but still possible if you want to. Right behind Skyline Plaza which has a big supermarket, shopping stores and a food court and cafes. Not that near to city centre. But the hotel staffs are really nice to me and family. Very happy to have chose this hotel. Thank you Adina and hotel staffs.

Stayed 4 nights. Room was not serviced once. No change of towels, toilet paper, bins not emptied, bed not made.

When I asked if they could move me from the first floor to another floor they told me that wasn't possible due to the grade of the room. The location of the room was near the elevators, which wasn't necessarily a problem, but there was a noise outside of the room that sounded like someone trying to enter my room with a card key, which kept me up at night. Second, the cell phone and network reception in the room was poor. I had to go to the lobby to get any reception.

An outstanding hotel. Hotel and room finished to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

We loved the room and amenities. The hotel was clean. There was close proximity to a super market which was nice for making food in the room. However there was a sewer odor in the lobby. Behind the hotel was nice with shopping and fast food. Between the hotel and train station we did not feel safe and it was very dirty.

Nice apart hotel in Frankfurt. Comfy spacious rooms with real king size beds. Like most German hotels the air conditioning is limited down to 21 Celsius and it has trouble achieving that. Best is 23 to 24 so it can be a little too hot at night and you have to open all the windows.

The aircon and wifi worked well, quiet, fairly central location. Small kitchenette was reasonably well equipped.

The prooery is about a mile from old town. There is a subway stop within about two nlocks of the hotel (U4, Messe stop, one stop from the main train station, or about a 12m walk).

The Hotel was great and according to my wife the receptionist were suprirsed that we got such a good deal they can not believe it they were talking about it in Spanish but my wife speaks five languages. Not a negative comment but a comment that confirms that we got a great deal thanks Hotel.com

Worst check in I’ve ever experienced. Rude behavior by check in staff. I understand when a room isn’t ready until 3pm. When we tried to check in at 1:15pm after traveling all day, I was under the impression our room would be a priority to clean. We waited 1 and 1/2 hours in the closed, empty bar area. The staff never notified housekeeping and we didn’t get our room on time. Unbelievable, when challenged the made up untrue excuses. I asked for the manager and some girl comes out (after 10 minutes), knows nothing and then tells me she’s actually not the manager. I have to wait another 10 minutes to actually speak to the manager. The next morning is even worse. I approach the front desk and am completely ignored, after several minutes I ask is anyone willing to help me? The three of them say nothing, absolutely nothing. My request for ice was a huge inconvenience and the young man (just wearing white T underwear t shirt), became agitated, aggressive and almost violent. He demanded me to follow him, I finally told him that I don’t work here, I am a guest and to please remember that, then he tried to grab the ice back, causing me to nearly fall. All the manager could say was “ I’m sorry”. Where do they train these employees? In prison is my guess. I’ve reached out to corporate offices, they never responded . Poor behavior starts at the top, and certainly trickles down.. one good employee is Nina, friendly, and kind.

Super fantastic. Nothing to complain about or point out for improvement or note. Really nice property and staff and amenities.

A large shopping mall nearby and the utensils are sufficient for self cooking.

We only stayed for 1 night. The area is ok, but a walk from central shopping. Room was large and small at the same time. 2 Bedroom 2 bath with small rooms. Included combined washer/dryer which is nice, but had to find instructions online to make it work reasonably even though they had basic instructions posted with the machine.
