Pros: The home was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. We appreciated beach chairs, an ice cooler, snorkeling gear, and fins provided, making beach trips easy. The location is convenient—close to the airport, jeep rentals, grocery stores, and restaurants.The house was clean overall, including linens and towels. We loved the outdoor hose to wash off sand before entering. Air conditioning and fans kept the bedrooms and living spaces cool. Showers were refreshing, beds comfortable, and having games available was a nice touch.Improvements Needed:The ant issue in the kitchen was significant. Despite keeping surfaces clean, we found ants everywhere—in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even inside our suitcases, which was inconvenient.The lack of laundry facilities was challenging. While water shortages are understandable, having a washing option, even for one day, to clean children’s clothes would be helpful.Windows in bedrooms and kitchen were difficult or impossible to close fully, reducing A/C effectiveness.The info binder and signage need updating; for example, instructions about toilet paper disposal were outdated.Recommendations:Professional pest control to fix the ant problemAdd laundry facilities for guest convenienceRepair or replace window fixtures to close properlyUpdate informational materialsConsider adding a TV near the family room/balcony for enhanced gathering space

Great place to stay in culebra!

Very spacious, clean and amazing views from this home. You can see the airport as well as the Honda bay. The location was perfect. Dede (caretaker) was very responsive and informative. I would stay at the Rising Sun again.
