We rented this property for my sons wedding in Winfield. The host gave us all the information needed for check in/out as well as accommodated a slight schedule change. Response was quick and professional. The property was perfect for our family and friends to visit and spend time together. Only 7 of us stayed in the house but it could accommodate many more people with many beds available. With the kitchen and dining area there was plenty of space for eating and gathering. The groomsmen all got dressed there and walked to the church. The location was perfect as well for being in the center between all our functions. I would surely rent this property again if I have the opportunity.

Our family has stayed here often when we come to town. It's wonderful everytime! The hosts Emily & Joe are friendly and are easy to communicate with, and are very accommodating if we have questions or special requests. We love all the space for everyone to spread out when we bring family together. Enough bathrooms so no one feels cramped and the beds are very comfy! There are fun extras too like games, wine and wine glasses, filtered water, coffee, and a huge TV. Highly recommend this place!

Upon entering you are greeted with an odor that smells perhaps like pet or fish. First night was rough with the train blaring through repeatedly while trying to get the baby to sleep. The next night (Saturday) there was no train. Group bathroom upstairs does not lock. The other bathroom upstairs off one of the bedrooms had no handle for the shower. We couldn’t identify any extra double bed anywhere (said to be in common area 1) There appears to be 2 twin cots besides the bedrooms’ beds stated on the description. The main light in the efficiency bathroom did not work, and some of the kitchen utensils looked dirty. The hostess was quick to reply to my questions. Overall I give it 3 stars.
