Clean. Friendly staff.

The location right next to the tramway kept interrupting sleep. Lack of decent running hot water in room.

15 minute walk from Train Station, 20 minute walk to Central Milan, transportation extremely close by, feels secure.

Shower wasn’t very clean but not a major issue, was given two single beds as a couple once again not a major issue but would have liked the option at check in to change. (Given there was a spare room)

A quiet place, but still very central and close to the main train station of Milan. I had a very pleasant stay here.

The location is good because it's near the Central Station. The room is not very clean but it's cheap for private room.
