Situated in Baton Rouge, this lovely house for $249 per night is a great choice for your next break. Newly renovated split level 5 bedroom house. Comfortable accommodations for at least 10 people with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a twin day bed with twin trundle, all on high quality memory foam hybrid mattresses. The living room and kitchen are on the main level, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Please be advised, there are 7 steps going up or down the stairs, with no bathrooms ADA accessible in this home. Private residence on Highland Road just a short walk from campus and 7 parking spaces (2 covered) and an EV charger (110v plug) as well! ----- Exterior Only ----- Security cameras are located in driveway, carport, side yards/gates, and fire pit area for liability and guest safety.

Great space, great communication, and fantastic location! John went above and beyond to accommodate us for the weekend. We were here during one of the coldest days so we did not get to spend time in the backyard, but hope to come back when the weather is more pleasant and we can sit back and relax outdoors. Also you can’t really hear traffic even though it is right next to a busy road. I recommend this property highly!

Great neighborhood. Home was clean and orderly. Convenient location to LSU and lots of amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) within a few minutes drive. Plenty of parking. Large bedrooms and plenty of room for large groups. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Host was very responsive. Check in and check was simple. Highland Rd. can be very busy but the noise was minimal.

We had a large party of adults and the house perfectly accommodated us all. The location was perfect (to us) as we had a short walk (+/- a mile) to/from the stadium with the majority of it being around the campus. Overall a great experience, great property that we would all highly recommended.

Our stay at this location was excellent. The house provided open space for entertainment and lots of room for grandchildren to move around, but have privacy as well. House was clean and well maintained. Owner very accommodating!

Awesome house and great location! Owners were very quick to respond to any questions or requests and checked in on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Only complaint i would have is it seems like the security lights in the backyard are on a timer and you can't turn them off. We stayed in the king room upstairs and to the left. We have a hard time sleeping away from home and having the lights shinning through made it that much harder. To be fair to the owners I never brought it up and I'm confident if I had they would have taken care of it for me. That would be the only thing I would say that was a negative and its really not a negative. We plan on booking this place again for next year thats how much we loved it.

This place was absolutely perfect! My son planned to propose to his girlfriend on the LSU campus. He wanted his brothers there as well for a surprise party after. Having everyone at the house together for a “belated Mother’s Day weekend” was priceless. So much better than a bunch of disjoint hotel rooms! Will definitely book this location again. Host was great with communications. Loved every minute of the weekend

We had a great time staying at John and Lindsay’s house. The layout out is nice in that rooms are both on top and bottom levels that provide space for everyone. The kitchen is well outfitted. Great coffee machine! A must for have us! Beds were comfortable. The double vanities and the lighted mirrors were greatly. Appreciated given all the women trying to get ready for events. :) We had a couple of things that needed attention but John was very responsive in resolving them and provided good communication. Great location for us. Overall highly recommend.

This house is huge perfect for our family which needed five bedrooms. John is very responsive to texts and the house is decorated beautifully. I only wish we had more time to stay.

The host did not except my original booking in timely manner. He then contacted and said to rebook it. When i did it was higher than original booking. No bedrooms or bathrooms on the main floor. This is big deal if you have someone that can't climb steps easily. Lastly i was charged $$ dollars for a lamp with no receipt for varification. I would not stay here or book with host again.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. This property was the perfect location for us, no more than 10 minutes to the church, rehersal dinner, and reception. We loved the openness of the home and the outdoor spaces. We had out of town guests visiting with us throughout the week and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was centrally located to all of their hotels - it was the perfect hangout place. John and his wife were excellent hosts and answered any questions that we had, they even offered to help us in the planning of wedding activities! We would highly recommend renting this property, super clean, well stocked with everything you need. It’s also super close to the LSU campus and Tiger Stadium. We would definitely stay here again for future visits!

This was a terrific place for our group of 10. Bedrooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with spices and quite a few helpful items. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Place is right on the LSU campus and close to many shops and parks. Would recommend without hesitation!

Stayed here with my family while in town for my daughter’s wedding. It was very clean and lots of room. Owner was good to respond. Would highly recommend this property!
