The Space: The Brandywine is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends to enjoy curated apartment style living with hotel services. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans’ first apartment hotel, The Brandywine by Roami boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar. PARKING: There is valet parking on site (open 7:00am - 11:00pm), @ 40.00 per night plus tax. For long-term Guests, we offer monthly contracts @ 360.00 per month. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, and toys are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,152 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage's. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Very nice accommodations! A couple things could be fixed but VERY minor. The pull out couch was very comfortable. Would definitely come back!

If you are looking for a cute, very worthy stay - this is it! The decor is all fun, classy, NOLA style throughout the hotel. Customer service was above and beyond and the apartment was perfectly furnished with everything you would need. The pool was great for a cool down from the heat and our girls loved the game room. Extra points for the Peleton in the gym, too! Location was fantastic if you're not wanting to be in the quarter. Easy to get to everything (10 mins to Jackson Square, Frenchman St), awesome grocery store 2 quick blocks aways and you can easily walk to WWII museum and Ogden. It was a nice mix of families and younger groups, who were all friendly and mingled well.

This property was awesome. It was very clean, the staff was great, and the location was perfect to attend a game at the Super Dome stadium or attend the WWII museum. The Nola Caye restaurant next door was also amazing. We had an all around wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

This was a great space with great value for the nightly rate. It's very cute and looks just like the pictures. It was clean and had plenty of space was clearly well thought out. There is also a great restaurant just downstairs and the location is perfect to get around the city easily. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
