The Space: The Brandywine is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends to enjoy curated apartment style living with hotel services. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans’ first apartment hotel, The Brandywine by Roami boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of our rooftop pool or break a sweat in our fitness center. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar. PARKING: There is valet parking on site (open 7:00am - 11:00pm), @ 40.00 per night plus tax. For long-term Guests, we offer monthly contracts @ 360.00 per month. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, and toys are provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,152 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage's. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. After staying here I couldn't have imagined staying somewhere on burnin street in the midst of all the noise. It was clean, spacious and very worth the stay . I'm shocked I was able to stay somewhere so nice for such an affordable price. I really enjoyed the roof top pool During the day when the heat is hot and even at night when the sun is going down Definitely will be staying here any time in in New Orleans!

Sextant doesn't disappoint! We travel to New Orleans often and I can't say enough about the location, location location, which is in perfect walking distance to The French Quarter, downtown or Caesar's stadium. Great restaurant near by and the space is comfortable for a group or couple!

The space was well designed, in a great location, very close to Canal st and the French Quarter. The game room and gym were cool. Didn't get to use the pool, but the view was great.
