Situated in San Carlos Island, this attractive condo for $213 per night is a great option for your next trip. Harbour House 318 is an updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath third floor hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. This unique resort's location and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! Amenities and location leave little else to be desired. This is all in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. We're talking access to miles of white, sugar sand beaches, a pier, too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. If that's not enough, your home away from home is also located right off the back bay with it's active boat traffic, Snug Harbor waterfront restaurant, Nervous Nellies bar and restaurant and a myriad of other clubs and shops along the bay and Old San Carlos Boulevard. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. On the hallway side of the community room is an ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided and your own in-condo washer and dryer. This condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with wood flooring throughout, except for tile in the bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops with tile backsplash, a stainless steel sink and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a 4-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, a dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. Also in the kitchen behind louvered doors is a stacked washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and living area where there is a dining table seating four. This flows nicely into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa and coffee table. Across from the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished balcony overlooking Times Square and the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors give access to the private furnished balcony and also has a view of the Times Square area and the second floor pool and spa area. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom has beautifully tiled, has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a river rock bottom and sliding glass doors. Adjacent to the bathroom behind louvered doors is your own stacked washer and dryer.
