Tide’s Reach; a beautifully revamped Lamorna stone cottage that sits right on the water’s edge of Mousehole’s picturesque harbour and just a minute’s stroll from the beach. All style, light and coastal charm, this is Mousehole at its best, a wonderful place where you and your family can steal away to for blissful relaxation with nothing but sky, sea and bobbing boats to keep you company in one of Cornwall’s best seaside villages.
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

This is the second time we have been to Tides Reach and certainly not the last ! Wonderful property, best view in Cornwall across the harbour and in a very central position in Mousehole . Very comfortable and well equipped ..

We have been visiting Mousehole at Christmas for over 20 years and this is the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. The view alone is worth paying for! The cottage itself is super comfortable, warm and very clean with all the equipment you could need. The welcome pack of milk, butter, wine, mince pies and cannoli was also amazing. We had only been there for half an hour and we booked for 2026!
The staff at Luxury Coastal are also friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
