I know a lot of these reviews on here are lies from experience but this private basement is the real deal. It’s an actual 5 star. Host was super kind and I could get in touch with him at all times. Basement was super clean and this stay is in walking distance from a gas station supermarket and lots more. Had an amazing time definitely booking again.

Overall, this was a good deal for the price. The entry is not easily accessible for anyone who uses a wheelchair or requires assistance in walking. As others described, there is a sloped lawn from the parking spot to the gated back yard.
The bed was comfortable. There was a Keurig with a few K cups provided. The bathroom was small. Although Wi-Fi was available, it would not connect after numerous attempts even after confirming the password was correct with the property owner/manager. I finally gave up trying. There were some minor cosmetic flaws that could be remedied but otherwise, not a bad stay.
