Just bring the bathing suit!*** This is the upstairs unit of a 2 family house. There is a young family in the bottom unit. We ask all guests to adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. We welcome groups looking to have fun, but just request that people are respectful of the family living in the bottom unit. The second room has a pull-out couch. You will find extra linen underneath the cushions for both the pull-out couch and the futon. You will also find extra pillows and blankets in that space. The dresser in this room also contains extra towels. Under no circumstances do we allow smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, far away from the entrances and windows of the house. We ask guests to refrain from tossing cigarettes onto the property. While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away!
