Situated at nearly 8.600 feet up Ram's Horn Mountain, Azure Vista boasts unobstructed panoramic views of RMNP, Roosevelt National Forest, and snow-capped peaks from every room of this sophisticated three-bedroom, two-story home. The main level's open floor plan ensures stunning views of the Front Range through the 12-ft-high wall of windows under the Great Room's vaulted wooden ceiling.

Azure Vista features luxurious finishes with a rustic industrial modern flair, including warm rich wood, soft leather, natural stone, and sleek metal, bringing many of the natural colors and textures of the outdoors inside. Azure Vista envelops you with informal elegance, beautifully furnished with modern yet comfortable appointments throughout. Designed both for looks and comfort, the house features in-floor radiant heat, as well as honeycomb insulated shades on every window to keep the home cool in the summer and warm in the winter while providing privacy

Stunning quartzite counter tops echo the hues of the nearby ponderosa pines. A fully stocked kitchen features a glass top induction cooktop, a sleek vent hood with exterior exhaust fan, as well as all the appliances and gadgets every chef would need to prepare a feast. The raised countertop is perfect as a breakfast bar, and the rustic dining table easily expands to accommodate eight.

Our rental Azure Vista was a beautiful home. The furnishings were very nice, the beds were comfortable, and there were many extras you don’t often find in a rental. We have rented all across the US and this home is top notch. The kitchen is very well stocked, again with lots of extras, including spices, fridge condiments, baggies, etc. The best part is the view of the Rocky Mountains! You walk in the front door and you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views!!! Every morning and evening the views of the mountains were different…sunsets were the best! The master in main level also has this Mountain view. There are 2 sliding glass doors in living room, with screens to let the mountain air in and 2 outdoor seating areas, on main level and downstairs where others 2 bedrooms are. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this home. Thank you for sharing your home…We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Colorado.

This property was built to show off the views from the Windcliff neighborhood! Property was very clean and well stocked for our stay. Easy access to RMNP and everything Estes Park has to offer. Only minor criticism would be the driveway which is tight with the other houses on the lot (occasionally your only option is to back down the right drive). However it’s not something that should prevent you from renting! Absolutely loved our stay!

This home was perfect. It had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking. We were close to downtown but far enough away to enjoy the stars at night. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was peaceful and serene. The home itself was perfect for us. Our daughters enjoyed it and was a great kick off for the New Year. Thanks!!!
