Unprofessional, waste of money

Except location, NOTHING..

1.We were struggling to get keys outside in freezing cold, upon calling, lady says " Sorry, wrong allocation.. 2. In 1 hour of check in, we informed that heater is not working. Made multiple calls, sent messages. But no response. Finally got response in a message saying... " Technician is informed" 3. We were to spend two nights in freezing cold room without heater....it's inhuman. 4. They expected us to clean used utensils which is fair but there is no dishwasher or even dish washing soap 5. Apartment was not clean, Balcony was with cig. butts. 6. Lamp in main room was not working...

Good location very near Oerlikon station. Just take note of the stairs if you have heavy luggage

It’s location

Host did not say it’s just 5-10 minute walk from the station. Not helpful with directions. There was a lift but you still need to carry luggage to get to the lift

6 / 10

Good location. Clean room. Big comfortable bed.

Easy access to public transportation. Less than 5 mins walk to train station

Microwave is not working. Autumn season and I Cannot wash my hair because no hair dryer available.

Terrible

It’s a very big sheet

The toilet bowl was broken, the entry codes were wrong... it was a total mess, and on top of that, there was no one to complain to because that lowlife was hiding like a rat.

Location is fantastic!

The doona appeared to be a single bed. Very strange.
