I had a large and comfortable room with an unobstructed view over the Black Sea. No traffic noise, and it was very quiet in the hotel (at the end of February). Google maps did not know where the entrance was. It guided me to the unmarked back of the hotel on a dark street seven floors higher. Once I figured this out, it was easy to drive down to the front, find a place to park and check in. Enclosed breakfast terrace on the roof has a fabulous view over the sea.
Once I found the way in, nothing.

I had a truly wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and always smiling. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt welcomed every moment. I especially want to thank Mr. Ayoub for his kindness and constant support throughout my stay. The sea view from my room was breathtaking, and the natural surroundings were incredibly calming. The food was also delicious — I enjoyed every meal.
The location is also perfect — everything was nearby and convenient. There was a large mall just around the corner with all the major brands and shops, as well as a local market and easy access to transportation. Even a supermarket was just steps away. The whole area surrounding the hotel was very beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable.
I stayed for four nights, and they were truly some of the most beautiful days I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s absolutely worth the price.
There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The hotel room was just like the pictures, although unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty and untidy. We checked in at 10pm. I had a bad experience. Cleanliness should be first and foremost!
the bathroom was very dirty as if it had not been cleaned at all. it was late and we did not have the strength to ask to change the room. i had 2 rooms booked in both the same situation
