The sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged water was draining very slow, but nothing significant

Very comfortable room. Very well organised. The parking is very safe inside the courtyard. Good breakfast. The landlady was very kind despite us arriving late in the evening.

first access was a bit tricky as you enter via a side entrance but once done it was fine

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. It was a very calm location. Location is great if you want to get to Campo dei Fiori. Breakfast was good and plenty. Bathroom very nice.

Very far if you want to go to the city centre of Varese. You would need to go by public transport or car and find parking. However, you can find some restaurants in walking distance (<2 km). The location is calm, but the 2 rooms are not super well sound insulated (essentially an apartment). If the other party stands up early and you would want to sleep in, you will probably be awakened.
