Very dissapointing

The property was generally well worn,all cooking utensils and pans past there best.No hand towels,or hair dryer provided,no iron.Shower was very noisy,pipework shook everytime it was used.Fridge /freezer wasnt swithed on for our arrival.No welcome pack.Mattress on bed not comfortable and was covered in staines, although sheets were clean.Very dissapointing.The only good thing was the view from the deck.
