Las diversas actividades que se pueden hacer en las instalaciones (piscina, jacuzzi, billar, restaurante, playa frente al hotel)
El lugar bastante familiar.
Al encender la ducha, algo pasaba en el drenaje pues salía un olor muy desagradable.
El billar del tercer nivel y el mobiliario estaban empolvados y parece que no hacen limpieza seguido.
En el servicio ofrecen secadora de cabello, sin embargo, no cuentan con estas en las habitaciones.

The oceanside location was wonderful, multiple pools and cabanas for lounging and dining. The restaurant is also seaside and the food was acceptable. The staff was all excellent and the manager saw to our comfort personally. The bed was great and the room a good size.
It is not near the Monterrico village so there's little to do nearby, you are pretty much captive. While the toilet was new, the shower was old and ugly and the window in our bathroom was broken and wouldn't close so bugs got in the room. The door locks are a joke, provide no security and there's no safe.

Muy mala atención del personal de mesas y cocina la comida es cara y la sirven fría y se tardan de 45 minutos a 1 hora aproximadamente
El personal de restaurante atienden con mala actitud la comida es muy cara para lo que sirven comida de mala calidad fría y aproximadamente se tardan 45min. A 1 hora en servir muy mal servicio por lo demás todo bien
