We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Apartment location was perfect. The space was well equipped with refrigerators , nepresso machine, wine, beer, snacks, water and a especially comfortable bed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The area is very convenient . We walked to Anne Frank house and took the tram to Van Gough. There is even a grocery store near by that sells breakfast food. We thoroughly enjoyed two weeks at this property. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised to find a space larger and more nicely appointed than the pictures reflect. The view over the gardens as seen through the stunning oversized windows never got old. The location was spectacular as the street and immediate area was filled with endless restaurants, shops along with close proximity to some beautiful parks. Our host Tjakko was above and beyond accommodating throughout the stay. He anticipated any possible needs and provided five-star service always with a smile. Tjakko was also a great source offering recommendations for restaurants and activities to enjoy in Amsterdam. I could not more highly recommend this property.

Tjakko allowed us to check in well before the specified time. He met us at the apartment at 6:30 am to let us in. The apartment is in the heart of the nine street area. So many unexpected touches that made our stay comfortable and easy. A bottle of chilled sparkling wine. Snacks, beer, and water were stocked in the fridge. The espresso maker complete with milk and a frother. The bed was ao comfortable! I highly recommend this place.

This property was perfect! A lot bigger than I thought it would be. The bed size was perfect and the view was very nice. Tjakko was very nice and communicative throughout check in and check out. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Could not have asked for a better place to stay with my husband for our anniversary.

One of the best rooms we've ever rented! Location is also really good, at the heart of the city, but in a quiet cocoon. And last but not least, Tjakko was very welcoming and gave us very good advice on nearby restaurants !

Beautiful apartment rental, we loved all the thought and detail that went into the decor and layout plus it is located in a perfect location - 10 mins walking in any direction to popular spots. Everything is as listed and the bed is so comfortable. Tjakko was also great to communicate with, provided detailed directions for our arrival and quickly handled any questions or issues that came up during our stay.

Beautiful large studio apartment with a view over gardens. Close to everything. Once I adjusted to the small tread width of the stairs (Which is typical for Amsterdam) it was very comfortable. Definite recommendation for a single traveler or couple.

Tjakko had great recommendations for places to eat. He recommended the Italian restaurant at the ground floor of our building. It was amazing and reasonably priced. We enjoyed it so much we went back a second night. If you’re looking for a romantic weekend. Tjakko‘s place is perfect.

Alles lief einwandfrei! Super freundlicher Gastgeber und eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit früher einzuchecken und am Abreisetag etwas später auszuchecken. Dadurch konnten wir noch ein bisschen mehr Zeit in dieser super Unterkunft verbringen. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt.

Fitted like a like a hotel room but a definite apartment in the Nines of Amsterdam. Well located near cafes, mom restaurants and boutique shops. Host is very accommodating.

We stayed there for the weekend it was a great two days. Perfect location for all restaurants and bars. If there was a downside the stairs to the second floor is very difficult for anybody. But other than that it was very nice .

A wonderfully quiet, and beautifully appointed studio decorated with a contemporary edge--sexy and sublime. Tjakko was a great host who met us at the door as my husband and I were approaching the building, early for our check-in. A warm and friendly greeting. Champagne, wine and beer were all chilling for our arrival. Plus a wonderful espresso machine and snacks were provided for our enjoyment in the morning. The apartment is situated perfectly in the old part of town and is centrally located to many museums and points of interest, but far enough away from the major crowds. We never used a taxi and were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend Tjakko's studio apartment to anyone interested in spending time in Amsterdam.

This Lovely Suite have an amazing Charme, is very clean and the location could not be better for us. The host Mr. De Vos was always open and helpful and friendly. On Top of this we got surprisingly those litte gifts, like an cold bottle cava when we arrived and as well some beer where in the fridge. We really enjoyed our stay.

We did not receive info prior to arrival. Thus we had no address or phone and had an extremely difficult time. The apt is lovely, just as pictured. But I would make a few suggestions: more towels, hair dryer, and another side table or 2 for items. Upon leaving we did not connect with owner . We did not know check out time either. I think better communication is needed and then everything would have gone much smoother. It is in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants at your finger tips. And very clean with a great bed. WiFi was great too.

This location is in the very best part of Amsterdam. The room is absolutely lovely. Tjakko was a marvelous host providing chilled champagne and fresh flowers on arrival. There were other goodies in the frig for our stay. He most graciously helped me find an emergency dentist. Can’t say enough good things about this week and our stay here.
