View out of the window, location, clean, spacious (once you get past the stairs)
No sink in with the toilet, had to leave the toilet and then go into the separate shower room to wash hands (not a huge problem, just a bit weird)

Friendly greeting from the host and staff. Informative and quick room tour. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. We were on the third floor and enjoyed the beautiful canal view. Enough coffee for five days.

There are stairs, but we knew that ahead of time. Great exercise! (70 y.o couple) The directions for the meeting point were clear and the guy carried our luggage up those steep stairs and gave us great overview of the apartment, grocery store locations, etc. Otherwise, not sure we would have been able to stay there. We took the train from the airport, arriving at Centraal Station. We walked to the apartment. It was a bit of a walk over uneven streets and crowds, but not that bad. Location was perfect. Walking distance to so many lovely canals, restaurants, shopping and of course the train station for a few day trips. Great galley kitchen. Great views. Lovely breeze from the open windows. Getting into the bed with little room on the sides was a fun challenge. Lovely outdoor patio on another floor available for guests. The description says "laundry" but that is on another floor, which is not a problem, just not in the unit. We just dropped ours off at a nearby laundry and price was great. the one and only hot day on our 3 week vacay and we took the train to Zanvoort beach- great views, delicious food and caught an amazing sunset.

The property was in Old Amsterdam and overlooked a canal. It is original and old. There is a supermarket close by. The hosts are very helpful and carried our luggage to our room.
It had 16 steps x 4 to get to our bedroom (64 steps). The steps are narrow and very steep. We are seniors in our 70’s with some mobility issues so we moved after 1 night for safety issues. Booking.com did not clearly articulate this property. There is no air conditioning so quite hot.
It would have been a great place if we were 30 years younger.
