L’emplacement par rapport à la plage et aux commerces
La propreté du sol et l’insonorisation par rapport à la rue. Manque de précision sur les places de parking qui sont serte public mais pas d’indications que tout est payant

The communication with the host went well and I was swapped to another apartment real close to the initial one, it was better equipped and had an actual bedroom.
Both the apartments were comfortable and very close to the beach.
The initial apartment was a studio and had a different TV service which was better, the one where we went to afterwards had a bedroom but had a poor quality TV and with only few national channels.

Check-in was smooth and convenient. The host sent detailed instructions via WhatsApp the day before my arrival, and accessing the apartment through the lockbox was simple and hassle-free.
I appreciated that the host provided useful amenities such as a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, and a hairdryer, which made the stay more convenient.
Unfortunately, I don’t feel the apartment offers good value for the price. I was aware before booking that there was no air conditioning, and while the host did provide a standing fan, it wasn’t sufficient given the warm weather and the nightly rate. At this price point, I believe air conditioning should be included.
There were also several maintenance issues during my stay. The bathroom drawers were off their tracks, making them difficult to open and close. The plastic lining inside the shower broke during my stay, which appeared to be due to normal wear and tear rather than misuse. As a result, the showerhead didn’t direct the water properly, and water splashed all over the bathroom floor.
On one occasion, the entire floor where my apartment was located flooded, with water nearly reaching ankle height outside the apartment. Thankfully, the neighbors responded quickly and took care of the situation, but it was still disruptive during my stay.
The building does have a working elevator, although it feels quite old and dated.
