I had booked two rooms / units at Chalé Porto dos Lençóis, namely "Chale 16" and "Apartment 10".

I had booked two rooms / units at Chalé Porto dos Lençóis, namely "Chale 16" and "Apartment 10". Chale 16 was in line with the postings made on booking.com but this was certainly NOT the case for Apartment 10. To say the least, Apartment 10 should simply not be rented out and the posting on booking.com should be taken down. The apartment was beyond all criticism imaginable, also considering that the price was the same as for the unit "Chale 16". The apartment was / had: * dirty, including cockroaches in the bathroom, hair on the kitchen top, sand on the floor, dirty / brownish bed sheets, old water tanks stored on the kitchen floor * old or broken interior, with plastic garden chairs and a camping table in the kitchen, broken stove, one of the bathrooms had its air ventilation directly in the main bedroom, piece of the bathroom ceiling came down during the stay * Pool maintenance area accessible from the apartment premises, with activation of the pool cleaning system causing a great amount of noise in the apartment. Please see some attached pictures, as you can see nothing like the postings made for Chale 16.

Host was very friendly and proactive with information. Kitchen well equipped. It was a good stay.

Poderia ter mais toalhas de banho para reposição, nos avisar tb q não tem papel higiênico para os dias q ficamos, jogos de cama tb não estavam bem limpos.
