The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast there were plenty of choices and the food was delicious. The location is very strategic, especially if you are taking the ferry, as the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal is just a short walk away.
They also have free shuttle services for pickup & return. Easy communicate.
I also appreciated that the hotel has luggage storage. We were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and even order Grab food while waiting, with the staff kindly helping to receive and keep the order for us. Very convenient and thoughtful service!
Nothing major. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

I like how it’s so central and close to the ferry terminal. The breakfast was nice & they do housekeeping almost everyday to change the towels which is nice to have clean towels everyday.
The drain was clogged but my husband was able to fix the issue. The bed was too large for the studio room but it’s still comfy. I lost my deposit receipt and the receptionist had me searched for it for a long time before she finally said it’s okay if we don’t have it, we can pass the passport. She could’ve said that earlier before we were doing a receipt search in out bags in front of them for a long time. -.-

Location, Front desk staff
1) I had a minor fall and asked for first aid box, hotel staff told me they dont have. End up i had to order Gauze and plasters from Grab Mart.
2) Breakfast was disappointing. Went in at 9am, opened all food tray was all empty. Replenished shortly after i told waitress all food empty. Ya they wont check if food runs out . The replenishment food was not even warm.
3) Ice, extra towels all need extra charge.
