Location is spectacular; staff are super friendly and helpful; the terrace restaurant has superb views over the minaret and domes; everything you want to see in old Bukhara is within walking distance. Room 22 with private terrace and ‘bed’ is great.
There is no lift, so this hotel might be challenging for those who find stairs difficult. However, the brilliant staff will always help with suit cases.

The location and views from our balcony and restaurant were excellent. We had one of the two rooms with a balcony, our room no 21 had a fair amount of noise at night from the attached restaurant/kitchens at around 11pm but quiet otherwise. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable and cleaned everyday to a high standard. All the staff we met were friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again.
The breakfast was served in the attached restaurant, this was disappointing. There was a poor choice, hot food was not hot and was not replenished when finished. This was a surprise to us as we had eaten an evening meal at the restaurant twice and those were some of the best meals we have had in Uzbekistan.

タシケントからヒヴァまで各街で宿泊したがスタッフはここが一番笑顔があって挨拶もしてくれました。
ホテル前の通路に兄弟?のネコが住み着いていて客に愛想を振りまいていています。堪らず手を出してしまった相方が引っ掻かれていましたので充分ご注意ください…
テラスから見える景色を期待していたが、テラス=レストラン。特に夕焼けの時間は食事客で混雑していて宿泊客といえども景色を見るためだけに上がっていける雰囲気ではなかった。
チェックアウト日早朝発だったので前日に相談したら軽食を持たせてくれるとのことで嬉しかったが、当日確認したら伝わっていなかったようで残念でした…

Great location. Good rooms and showers. Great view for breakfast.
Not much. Beds a bit squeaky. Breakfast could have more variety but it was still good. Not the cheapest place but its the location in a tourist town can't be beat.
