Great location - 5.mins to train station, 5 mins to main bus station. Approx 10/15 mins to beach. Supermarket a few mins walk and an excellent local market for fruit and veg. Few bars/ restaurants all within 5 mins walk. Highly recommend Bull Mcabes Irish pub. Apartment is very spacious. Loads storage. Yes it is dated with mismatched furniture but don't let this put you off. Modern kitchen with everything you need. Great walk in shower. AC was amazing! Only 1 unit in lounge but whole apartment was cool. Slept really well. Balcony great for late evening drink. Christiana who met us was lovely and on time. Excellent value for money.

Location of the property, very handy for the station, bus station and town centre
Comfortable beds
Lack of maintenance, when things are broken nothing is repaired
Big problem with water pressure for the shower,
Furniture old, nothing matches, bed linen old and tired
BUT since my visit, the owner has contacted me to tell me he has fixed the water pressure problem and changed several items that were not in good condition

The Location, the building itself the terraces and open view.
The staff that was most welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and confortable as possible in view of the apartment’s shortcomings.
As a whole the appartement needs an update. The bathroom is less then satisfactory, the shower basically inoperable and the tub is deteriorated in other words, dysfunctional.
All linens, bedding, bathroom and kitchen need to be changed, they are mismatched and used beyond rental expectation. Kitchen cookware and tableware also need to be renewed. The dishwasher was not in functioning order. The fridge, stovetop and oven are satisfactory and in good working order.
