NEVER EVER AGAIN
- nature and bakery shop nearly
NEVER EVER AGAIN! Our vacation in this destination was simply a nightmare. Location, apartments and surroundings are nice, but that was the only thing. We were disappointed of inappropriate behavior of the owner. We were group of 3 friends expecting quiet and relaxing vacation, nothing of this happened. The owner treated us in too familiar way with no respect.
Several things happened. Here is just some of them:
• We had to wait for check in for 3 hours, even though we have received confirmation of checking time in email a day before. It would not be a problem, as we have no kids and we could just walk around, but the owner even refused to put our food into the fridge. And she did that in a very impolite way.
• Once we opened champagne on the terrace, the bottle made some noise, but nothing horrible, just as champagne always does. It was just 9 pm. Owner opened her windows and started to SCREAM on us that we are not allowed to be so loud and wanted to call the police!!
• Once the parking spots were not available due to a family event organized by the owner. We asked her where we should park now. A boy from her family was navigating us to some pseudo parking spot. Which took us ages as it was hardly accessible, but we made it. After 2 days(!) the owner accused us of destroying a car of her relative, because we were not careful enough! Two days no one had a problem with a car, then something happened, and we were easy to blame. If I would destroy some car I would remember that.
• The owner was talking to us in a very impolite way all the time, but at the end she was even pushing me with her finger when talking to me. Unacceptable!!!
• My cousin leaving in the other apartments with her friends visited us once (during the day) we were accused of leaving people in our apartment over night!
And it was many other small things.
