The reservation, check in and comunication great. The place is located in a very comfortable and nice neighborhood, just crossing the Ponte delle Navi, near all main attractions. Has a lot pf space and facilities, feel like home. Giovanni gave us great info for enjoying 4 hot days. We will come back !

Fantastic location, great facilities, amazing host. Giovanni couldnt do more to host us, gave us info on how everything works and even sent us list of places to visit and eat. Legend!

The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a private parking in the atrium and a space outside, so you can drink a coffee in the fresh air. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, the hosts were very kind and gave all local recommendations and tips to go. They were prepared to help with anything we would need. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood with some amazing places to eat just a few meters away, and there is also a market very near. I would recommend it warmly also for a longer stay, we would definitely come back!

The location was perfect. The inner courtyard was lovely. The owner was kind.
There is no air-conditioning, and the property is warm in the 32-33 degrees summer. The sleeoing room has no openable window, only a complete door, that opens directly to the yard, any animal, mosquito etc may come in if opened. The living room window opens to the street and there is high early morning traffic.
