Carport attached to property. Great set up, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen and living area. Clean and well presented.
Confusing as two accommodations on block Kennington family units and Kennington one???. I thought we had booked the brick one at the back but it was the front unit. Even now when doing this review the back brick property is the photo. Definitely need to clarify each different property and name them. We stayed in what they refer to as Kennington One??, front weatherboard accommodation. The accommodation we had we were very pleased with.

Cozy, warm and comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, with all the essential utilities available. The location was very convenient, being close to the CBD. A lovely, comfortable place to stay.

Well appointed, comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities. Clean and spacious. Even the light switches were well signed with which lights they activated.

nice townhouse and location
upstairs air con not cold, hot upstairs, could not sleep...the apron in the gutter out front did not line up with the driveway, so the first time i reversed out it did over $1,000 worth of damage to my front bumper bar and r/h lower sill....there was a short in the air con switch downstairs which would cut power to the t.v. and powerpoints [dangerous]...only 4 towels for 6 people [towels were as soft as a dry hession bag]...
