We were in the area to attend a wedding at Hodsock Priory and the apartments were close and convenient for this. Rooms were comfortable. Great to have two bathrooms, especially getting ready for the wedding.
There was a strange smell in the communal areas. The apartment also had a slight cigarette smell, which I’d also read on previous review. Can’t be smoke as whole building is a smoke free zone so unsure what causes the odour.
We had plenty of mirrors but again, mentioned in previous reviews, there isn’t anywhere to actually sit and use for make up/hair etc.
There weren’t any hooks for coats in the hall way or on any doors which seemed deliberate but unsure as to why this would be.
All minor niggles in reality but given the reason we chose the place it would have been nice to have

Great location, parking and clean

Positive thing. The water was hot. Coffee, tea, and sugar provided.
Carpet dirty, needs a good clean, needs decorating in places, toilet in main bathroom was very hard to flush. No tea or coffee machine as advertised and no cable tv.
