The location is right in front of the lake, and from the breakfast hall we could see a beautiful view of the lake. Very central and close to all the amenities. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful, picturesque, and very safe.

The room is not air-conditioned, but we asked for a fan and we were given one immediately. The room was not cleaned everyday, but when we spoke to the reception, they sent someone to clean it upon our request.

Staff was very friendly , beautiful location , nice big family room. Amazing view, close (5 minutes walk) to ski cable car and all other facility. Lake view 😍

Staff was really great!

I found it a bit run down and too expensive for this kind of room. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t that great either.
