The location is very close to bus and MRT, as well as convenience store. We were able to leave our luggage (norm to all hotels) and roam around the town.
A few front desk staff was polite.
We decided to not check in early as they were charging us per hour, (not too much though), unlike those other 5⭐️ and 4⭐️ hotels we've stayed in SG, Malaysia, and USA which allowed us to check in 2-3hours early without extra charges.

The housekeeping staff has not, even once, tried to vacuum the carpeted floors.
The bathroom doesn't have a door but only a cubicle door for each shower and toilet.
The safe box was not working well. They had to send maintenance staff to get our valuables out.

Breakfast is good - healthy & simple.
2mins walk to subway.
Not close to any night market.
2mins walk to auto laundry shop.
Room is double +single bed for 2pax
Quiet room. Water pressure superb.
Booked 6rooms for 4nights, when request 1room upgrade anyday ready to transfer, sad not fulfilled even many empty rooms, low occupancy.
Everyday same breakfast for 4days.
No gym.
No road view, no high floor although request when make booking

The location is nice and close to the subway station. The parking tower was working, and I could park my car without any hassle, which is no less than a blessing in Seoul.
The hotel had a specific pungent smell. The rooms also smelled of fungus or mold, but very lightly. Lastly, the beds were really small and not suited for taller people.
