Disappointing

The room was quite big: there was enough space for two people to stay comfortably. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet inside the room. The view was great.

The room’s equipments were quite old - the furniture definitely needs renovation. The same problem with pillows and blanket - they were very thick so it was very uncomfortable to sleep. When we checked in, there was a piece of cookie of the floor. The location is not convenient: even though it is said “Dongdaemun” in the name of the hotel, it is located not in the touristy area of Dongdaemun.

I liked it. Good value for money.

Location is not central, but still a good downtown part of Seoul.

Not much. Found a few women’s hairs on the floor in the bathroom, but otherwise very clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet without street noise. It was easy to get to from the metro with my suitcase. There were a handful of convenience stores close by, and plenty of other options for food as well.

Using the metro, it does take almost 2 hours to get from ICN to the hotel, so it's a bit out of the way, and not super ideal if your main goal is to visit the popular tourist attractions, but is still manageable. Breakfast also closed quite early to me (Breakfast is 7am-9am), so I didn't end up trying it.

the location, cleaning. price.

The reception girls were not nice. Also, the toilet canal worked badly. There is no tourist guide even on the computer which is located in the lounge all in Korean. Whoever for whatever work comes to Seoul wants to see the best places in Seoul unfortunately hotels do this information. You can provide even a small guide for a few best places with subway distinction with picture places. That s it is very easy to work for tourists. The subway plan was in Vietnam language only. The key to the room was the only one we were family. Sometimes our daughter sleeps and we went to the hospital for analysis. Then we come back it was difficult to go up by lift.

everything is good👍

staff very friendly and Yumi help me with my check in patiently. The bus stop in front of the hotel is so convenient for me to go anywhere. in future I will recommend my friend and family to stay here. I’m very happy with the room size too. beside the hotel there is a cu mini mart and most importantly there is a self laundry just 3 min away from the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful They speak english well The cleaning service was very friendly The receptionist are very helpful

- there is used ciggarates in my room And i don't even smoke because I have asthma - there is used nail clipper as well - they have automatic lamp just like the one in europe it's quite annoying but its food for Environment

location a bit off

De suite was big. Also a big bad room. The room is on the top floor (19). No noice from other rooms/hallway and good darkening curtains.

location is nearby subway, but far from everything. it is not really in Dongdaemun. Room had some stains on the floor and walls. Breakfast was not really good.

overall its nice and comfortable stay. keep up the good work!

its near to the station. beside it got a cu convenience store. its quite easy for you to get things. easy to withdraw money from atm too. olive young is nearby the hotel as well. very nice location. hotel room is big enough to live fore few days few comfortable to stay.

the staff is a bit not nice to foreigner that dont speak korean.
