The staff were excellent, the rooms were spacious, spotless and equipped with all the amenities one could need! The on-site restaurant and local restaurant also owned by the hotel are great. We did yoga classes almost every morning with Ram and really enjoyed them! The hotel has a great location very close to the Dalai Lama Temple and the main part of town.

Ram (the owner) showed great flexibility as our itinerary was constantly changing due to weather and land slides on the road. Family feeling at the hotel, excellent home made food made individually cooked to your preference.
Location is a bit away from the road, but hotel stuff is ready to help you with your luggage and guide you. Once you know how to get to the hotel, it's very good location - walking distance to the main square and to Dalai Lama temple.

Chilled out hotel, nice comfortable room with a sunny balcony overlooking the valley. Ram and Nikhil went out of their way to help us with suggestions for hiking, massages and visiting the temple. It was still quite cold in early March but the rooms have nice thick blankets.

I had to take a cab to the bus stop. Unfortunately, the driver left me at a random spot near the bus stop when it was pouring rain. I got caught in the downpour and my bag and laptop got drenched, which made me catch a cold.
