Die Schlüsselübergabe war top, da die Kommunikation zwischen mir, den Sicherheitsleuten und Gastgeberin reibugslos war. Leider hat uns niemand beim Gepäck geholfen, zudem war der Aufzug defekt. Aber wir haben alles geschafft!
Tja! Es ist kein deutscher Hotspot und da ich ehrlich bin will ich hier auch eine ehrliche Meinung abgeben. Ich persönlich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine Familie allerdings weniger. Ich bewerte daher alles auf dem Niveau einer Landeskategorie, in diesem Fall Marokko. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war eine 15 von 10. Besser geht es nicht.
Die Wohnung war allerdings für BJ 2016/19 sehr abgeranzt. Die Badezimmertüren waren übel von Feuchtigkeitsschäden betroffen. Küche: leider keine Spülmaschine, trotz Anschluß. Ausstattung war spartanisch. Alles da, aber widerum auch nicht. Eine Crepe-Pfanne eignet sich halt nicht für eine 500g Bolognese-Soße. Ich mache hier einfach mal Schluss und nehme gerne PN entgegen, um alle Fragen zu beantworten.

Our hostess could not have been more helpful. She waited to greet us at the property and showed us everything. Excellent communication. We had other queries which had nothing to do with the rental which she tried to help with. She went above and beyond. Great communication. The open plan sitting/dining area was very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in and useful to have a washing machine. It was also good to have 2 balconies with seating and floor to ceiling opening windows. The location is 14 miles from Casablanca and it was very useful to have hired a car. Free parking directly outside. Easy road into the City. Excellent Carrefour supermarket and ATM within the vicinity. Great looking market just by the apartments which was closing when we arrived. Padel club close by if you are interested! (Tamaris Foot & Padel)
Unfortunately the pool was not open, out of season at the time we visited because it was cold for most people, which was a little frustrating since it looked so inviting. Most attractive with the coloured lighting at night. Made for a beautiful outlook. The bathrooms were compact and tricky to manoeuvre in, but great to have 2 bathrooms.
View from the main bedroom was over the beautiful pool, but the back bedroom was overlooking an empty site that will be built on in the future which would improve the outlook. Lots of building happening in the area. You wouldn't be sitting looking at that view anyway. Quiet at the moment. Lovely to hear the call to prayers. Ideally, back bedroom needs a long mirror and a bedside light on a low bedside side table if at all possible, even if it was battery operated. The tall boy, presently between the twin beds could easily be moved to the corner to make space.
The cot, although very useful for a family makes the room appear smaller and a little crowded. If it is collapsed and put away it would improve the look and space of the back bedroom. Possibly not necessary to be continually in situ.
These recommendations do not alter the fact that we enjoyed our comfortable stay and hostess.

Les 2 gardiens sont sympa très gentille
L'appartement pas très propre mais très belle decoration dommage que cest pas entretenu les portes font beaucaup de bruit toilette aussi pas d'eau chaude coupure d'électricité 1h machine à laver pas en bonne état frigo très sale et rouiller les odeurs des draps horrible ascenseur en panne et mon dieu l'odeur des égouts de L'appartement on sortait le matin et en revenais juste pour dormir très déçu
