- Viel Platz im Haus und Garten
- Extrem gut ausgestattetes Haus: umfassend ausgestattete Küche, viele verschiedene Sitz- und Entspannungsecken, "Büros", kostenlos nutzbare Waschmaschine, Fitnessraum und sogar ein Saunazelt
- Einzelzimmer zu diesem günstigen Preis
- Natur und Ruhe
- Nahegelegene Strände / Surfspots
Das einzige, was mir einfällt betrifft die Müllentsorgung.
Der Müll sollte von den Besucher:innen entsorgt werden. Finde ich zu diesem Preis auch voll ok und die Container sind gegenüber bzw. nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Ob dieses System funktioniert, hängt jedoch von den jeweiligen Besucher:innen ab. Ich hatte Glück :)

great location and was great to have the outdoor space around the house
some things didn’t work, the first floor toilet didn’t flush properly, there were no organization of food in the kitchen (would be nice to label boxes per room, label fridge space per room, so guests don’t have to do it all the time), the kitchen is a bit messy (messy cabinets), only the paper bin was labeled so no one organized the plastic and the rest of trash. also when on vacation, i don’t want to take out trash and stuff, worry about how things work in the house (like changing gas bottle - i would never want to do that, bc where i come from we don’t use gas bottles so it is a bit scary). not many things are dosumented as they usually are in shared houses. also would be good to have someone come sometimes to organize the place, clean up a little bit (the cleaning lady did come, but it’s good to have a volunteer or someone to maintain the place a bit). in my room would have been nice to have an open shelf to organize my stuff - no one wants to put their clothes in old smelly cabinets. the storage in the room was not the best.

More of a palace (or 5-star hotel) than a house. Amazing views, beautiful terrace, huge garden with shady trees and seats, lots of common spaces for rest or work, all full of natural light.

Todo,te sientes como en casa.Limpio, cómodo,todo al detalle.Alexandra ,es una excelente anfitriona y amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
No hay nada que no me haya gustado ,pero quizás,por decir algo, un poco más de margen horario en el check out.
