The instructions were clear and precise. The host was very communicative and helpful. The support staff were very courteous, polite, and helpful. The accommodation itself is exactly as the host described, two bedrooms with one bathroom, a living room with kitchen and a terrace. The bedrooms have air conditioning. We really appreciated the cot. The complex has underground parking and a swimming pool with sun loungers. The accommodation is within walking distance of a hypermarket and the beautiful Pereybere Beach. The location is quiet, although you can hear the street, but this must be taken into account with regard to the location of the apartments. The overall impression is great.
Payment is possible only in cash, which is quite limiting. Living room do not have air-condition, but it is possible to use fan which is in apartment do chill room from bedroom.

Appartamento molto grande, moderno, super accessoriato, pulito, letti grandi e molto comodi. Ampio terrazzo con sdraie e divanetto. Parcheggio privato custodito sotto al palazzo, piscina ed idromassaggio per gli inquilini del palazzo. Grande supermercato a 3 minuti a piedi. Una spiaggia molto carina a 5 minuti a piedi
La vista non è bella, manca un tavolo sulla terrazza per potervi mangiare

Centrally located. It was a modern apartment with good quality finishes. There is No jacuzzi but it has a pool. The amenities are nice. Walking distance to the beach.
No cleaning services. The apartment is neglected due to host not being available or don’t attend to complaints. There is no porter to carry your bags to the second floor, you have to carry your own bags 5 flights of stairs. The TV is set on French, unfortunately there is no English channels. The bathroom shower drain doesn’t flow properly.
Red flag: On the day of settlement I was asked to pay Rs3000 more, thank God all my conversations were on Booking.con, hence I didn’t have to pay more.
