Some people may not know what a "Love Hotel" is in Japan. One might want to read up on this. As far as the room, my needs were met and even exceeded, so this is good. Jet bath, shower, large room, great view all good. Even options to order food and have it delivered to the room, though I didn't try it.
What is not explained during the booking, and this is the read about love hotel on your own.
I really did not like being locked into my room. That is right, you are reading correctly. You are locked into your room and the only way you can leave your room is by calling the front desk and asking them to unlock the room for you. Weird, weird, weird. So if there is a fire, you had better hope it is not where the office is as your room could become an oven. Given this idea, there was no fire escape ladder (we were on the 6th floor). If this doesn't bother you, then you will like to room I think.
