Very nice, clean apartment with terrace in ~5 min walking distance from the beach. It was a pleasure to communicate with hosts (Roberto and Roberta). They welcomed us, explained all and Roberto accompanied me to the parking place with his car. Parking (open, but secured) is 10-15 min walking distance from the apartment. The see is really different - the beach is sandy but water is crystal clear. The mini-Spar supermarket is practically in front of the apartment. Restaurants, shops and the main street are just at the corner. We had excellent vacation there.
It is not something we do not like, but just an info that apartment probably not suited for too tall persons :)

Tutto perfetto,la posizione della casa è ottimale a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di san vito lo capo ,il proprietario e la moglie ci hanno accolto al check-in sono stati gentililissimi e ci hanno dato tanti consigli utili ..lo consiglio,ritorneremo sicuramente

Roberto the host, was very welcoming and communicating well in advance to be able to greet us. it is wonderful location to the beach, stores and dining. on Tuesdays morning there is a farmer market shows up with like 5 stands with one of them being local cheese and one farmer brought house wine; everything was exceptional
