This hotel was very central, incredibly clean and good value for money. There was only one staff member which we saw the whole time and he was very kind and helpful! The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is up a steep hill but that will be common in prizren. The Bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony with beautiful views. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful country.
We could not fault the property.

This was an gem of a find.. The manager was outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful and gave great advice on the city. The location was excellent with panoramic views overlooking the old town. The breakfast was fabulous. There is no dinner service but your host provides several recommendations for restaurants close by. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. One watch out is Finding the hotel using the address via sat nav was not exactly straight forward so use the hotel name on maps vs address (maybe that’s a me problem) and it is up a narrow hilly cobblestone street which was fine for motorcycle but would have been interesting in a car.

Very nice place, and the hotel was perfectly fine.
What I can say is that it’s located very close to the city center, but getting there by car was definitely not easy—we drove around for about 30 minutes before finding it. It’s situated slightly uphill toward the center, which is probably why it was a bit difficult to access.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and received great service.
I recommend asking for a room with a city view—it’s absolutely beautiful, especially at night.
However, when we went to sleep, there was quite a lot of barking from stray dogs in the streets, which was a bit disturbing.
Aside from these two things, the hotel was nice and the service was very good.
