A very nice place, with a cool muchilero atmosphere. The staff are very hospitable and welcoming, and the place in general has great vibes to it.
Everything is quite small and basic, the room was realy quite tiny. It's OK for the backpacker experience, but isn't exactly fitting for a family travel.

Good location, friendly staff, comfy bed. Enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast. TV in room was great, heating kept the building warm and cozy.
One day we went for breakfast at 9:15 (it runs from 8-10) to find that there was nothing left. The other 5 days we went at this time it wasn't a problem so we asked the guy if there was any more food and he apologised and said it had all been eaten because lots of people came at 9. I understand this probably doesn't happen often but there was no offer to make more food even though it was way before 10, just an apology

Lovely garden area with a heated pool. Great place to relax and socialise.
Plenty of social space around the hostel.
The staff were nice.
I booked last minute as we needed to leave our hostel. We stayed in the ‘cabin’, which sadly I would not recommend. It was very dirty, and the boiler only produced a small amount of hot water so it was cold showers only.
The cabin also smelt of the drains for the entire stay, we were told the smell would go.
The bed and the towels really need a refresh. I didn’t feel very comfortable using either.
