The location is exactly what I needed. I was alone and needed a break, so I took full advantage of the plunge pool on the roof and the walks on the Malecon. The breeze coming off the Bay was fabulous. The food carts until 10pm were just part of the adventure. Also El Emporium restaurant was amazing, as always
I was completely satisfied and the staff helped settle me in and moved my room, which was an upgrade for sure! I will return again. Just perfect. Thank you

Lovely view from the room and it was lovely and spacious. Not as clean as I would have expected.
Got bitten quite badly. Looked like spider bite.
But the location was perfect for the early morning water taxi to Belize. The restaurant next door was excellent too.

Juanita was super friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect for my stay. I really enjoyed the rooftop. Was super chill with excellent views. Location was perfect for me as it is right across from the Malecón. I am an early bird so it was nice to get up and walk along it in the morning. Súper tranquilo.
It would be great if staff would close the entry doors around 9:00 pm. I stayed on a Saturday night and there was a band and a dj across the street and it was rather loud (they did end around 10:30 pm) and my room was on the ground floor (Guacamaya). When I mentioned it the next morning, they agreed. I like a very firm bed and this one was a tad soft. That being said, it was a nice stay.

We love everything about the property. It is so beautiful. We enjoy our time there.
The only thing I didn’t like from the property was that they need to have a stove the little electric stove that the handed over to our place. It wasn’t too helpful to cook, but besides that everything was wonderful oh and one last thing the Wi-Fi was a bit bad but everything else was wonderful and beautiful.
