Very poor

The condominium outside facility is the only we at least didn't get disappointed after our long trip to bayahibe.. Beautiful beach, great customer service, great pool, great garden for pictures and be with your family.. Is the only thing worthy on cadaqués

First at the time of checking we found out we didn't have this 3BR department as requested, we were changed to 2 department..one 2 bedroom and one studio. This 2 department had a bad bad condition. The one with 2 bedroom had bad smell to cockroaches and one was found too. The kitchen utensils were with oxidation, the dining room chairs need to be changed immediately.. One of the bedrooms with double beds one of top of the other were not stables, about to colapse, and we had old people which can't even tried to sleep over there.. .. The studio which we didn't request had the bathroom little windows that couldn't be locked from the inside . Fridge not working .I mean a very bad department condition to rent.. Kitchen utensil very old ..not cleaned.. No recommended to anyone.. Be sure you get what you are offered before getting there. Tried to contact owner and ask if you are not satisfied with what you see if they will be able to move you to another one better immediately. I think they should put more attention to little details instead of decoration, not all guest just pay attention to that and after we are living with this coronavirus world wide we wanna be sure everything is clean and well maintenance keep..

Disappointing

The weather park and the access to the beach. Pizzas were delicious.

Kitchen utensil were very worn. Didn’t inspire you to cook under those conditions. Bugs everywhere. The second bathroom sink was clogged. All windows were without the security pin in it, leaving the apartment completely insecure. The master bedroom air condition wasn’t working at all. The apartment wasn’t as clean as they described in the property details. It stink all around the apartment.

Que estaba cerca de la playa

El sistema de ventilación es bastante antiguo, tenía un intenso olor a humedad, asumo que es debido a los huéspedes, recomendaría que al momento de limpiarlo, se deje abierto durante unas horas, para que el sol y aire fresco extraigan la humedad. Las camas eran bastante rígidas, las puertas necesitan reemplazarles los llavines, algunas se quedaban trancadas sin ponerles seguro. Los muebles deberían remodelarlos, están bastante antiguos y duros, el sistema de televisión podrían mejorarlo poniendo una TV smart, para que los huéspedes pongan sus propias apps de stream y disfruten de contenido. En caso de no mejorar progresivamente estas cosas, sería útil que la descripción del alojamiento mencionase esas condiciones
